By using Gentle Structure, you agree to use it as a personal planning, reflection, and productivity support tool.

Subscription access

Gentle Structure is offered as a recurring paid subscription at $5/month AUD at launch. Access to the full planner app requires both an account sign-in and an active subscription in the browser you are using.

Supabase Authentication handles account access. Stripe handles checkout and recurring billing. If you cancel, future renewals stop according to Stripe's billing terms. Gentle Structure stores your subscription status in your Supabase profile so paid access can be checked when you sign in.

Local data responsibility

Gentle Structure keeps a local cache in your browser and may sync planner records through your signed-in account. You are still responsible for keeping backups of information you want to preserve.

Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful personal planning and reflection. Do not rely on it as the sole place to store critical records, emergency information, financial records, legal documents, or health information.

No professional advice

The app is not medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any condition. It does not replace professional judgment.

Availability

The app may depend on your browser, storage settings, device, and network availability. Offline use may be possible after installation, but it is not guaranteed in every browser or device configuration.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time. The version posted on gentlestructure.app is the current version for the live web app.
