Gentle Structure is a planner, reflection, wellness, and productivity support tool. It keeps a local cache in your browser and, when you are signed in, syncs planner data through your Gentle Structure account so it can stay available across sessions.

Information stored by the app

The app may store tasks, habits, reviews, brain dumps, notes, mood check-ins, wellness logs, finance notes, settings, backup metadata, and sync metadata in browser storage. When you are signed in, Gentle Structure may also sync planner records to Supabase so your account can reopen the same planner state later.

Export and import

If you export a backup, your data is written into a file that you control. If you import a backup, the app reads the file you select and replaces the local data in this browser after confirmation.

Optional weather

If you enable weather ambience, the app may request approximate location information from an IP-based service and weather data from a weather API. Weather is optional and is not required for core use.

Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

If you create an account, Gentle Structure uses Supabase Authentication to manage sign-in sessions, account verification, and password reset flows. Planner records may sync through Supabase while you are signed in. If you choose to subscribe, Stripe processes payment details and recurring billing, and Gentle Structure stores your subscription status in your Supabase profile.

Planner sync and local cache

Your planner keeps a local cache in this browser for speed and offline resilience. Signed-in sessions may also sync planner records through Supabase. Clearing browser data may remove your local cache on this device, but synced planner records can still be restored after you sign back in. Exported backups remain under your control.

Your choices

• Use Export to keep your own backup file.
• Use Reset to clear local Gentle Structure data from this browser.
• Log out to stop this browser from keeping your current session active.
• Disable optional weather ambience in Settings.
